Guild Achievement Picture

I know this is the off-topic forums but it's the only one that applied because it does have to do with computers. Im new to creating a website and I did for my new guild. Ive visited a lot of guild websites and for boss kill pictures they have the WoW achievement for it imbedded in the image. I was wondering how I would be able to do that with a picture that I took of my guild kill? Is there a program or website I should use? Example is below and ive blacked out the guild and names cause it's not my picture.

Screenshot the kill and the achievement, copy just the achievement into the kill shot, save. Photoshop or Paint.NET or something similar will do the job.
