Even though majority of the world hates racing games, I found all the Forza news from GDC to be interesting.

A new game called "Forza Horizon"

Playground Games was founded by a group of ex-Codemasters designers who have vast amounts of experience in the racing genre, having worked on DiRT, TOCA Touring Cars and GRID.

The British studio, according to Turn 10’s Creative Director, Dan Greenawalt, is made up of developers who worked at such racing studios like Black Rock (Pure, Split/Second), Slightly Mad Studios (NFS: Shift, Shift Unleashed 2) and Bizarre Creations (Project Gotham, Blur).
Could be great, the trailer is just a bunch of live action clips that shows nothing of what the game could be, other than racing of course.

and for Forza 4, we're getting Porsches in May, as the EA exclusive rights to Porsche has been lifted and the DLC will include:
The Porsche Expansion Pack will include 30 Porsches – 7 of which are new to the Forza franchise – 20 World Tour events, rival events and 10 new achievements worth 250 Gamerscore. The Porsches will also become rewards in the career and will also be driven by the AI in various racing events, but Dan Greenawalt, Turn 10’s Creative Director, was unwilling to comment whether they’d make it into the Autovista.

Paradox Interactive also announced 3 new titles The Showdown Effect, RED Frontier, and Dungeonland. The showdown effect looks pretty interesting so here's a clip of dungeonland instead
