GW2:What Weapon/Armor Models would you like to see.

Oh oh now hold your horses everyone.I never intended to imply i want the original axe from Skyrim but as long as the game (GW2) includes badass looking 2H battle axes i'm fine with it.Always was a huge fan of battleaxes and greatswords.

Now on topic keep them coming

There aren't (yet) 2handed axes in the game.
There are 2h maces and 2h swords recently, but I'm assuming the 2h axe was one of the things they left on the 'possible future expansions' list.

Spears and javelins as two different weapon types would be slightly strange, and Paragons kind of turned me off of thrown spears in the GW universe.
I would be all for polearms, scythes, whips and fist weapons.
Especially fist weapons and scythes.. love me some fist weapons.
Ooo, if they add fist weapons, I would love if they left the weapons on your hands when you rampage for purely cosmetic reasons (as in, rampage with fist weapons won't be better than rampage with a greatsword)

I love thrown Javelins in games. Don't see too much conflict between Longspears and shorter Javelin quivers. One is ranged 1h, the other 2h melee.

Shield + Javelin is my fave weapon combo.

Also, whips as off hand weapons are awesome. Never played NWN or EQ? So classic.

True enough, I suppose.
I understand the difference between a spear and a javelin, but it would definitely have to be in quivers or something as you said to easily differentiate the two, in my opinion.
I feel that it would be more likely that they just add a spear type weapon, and some professions throw it while some use it as a melee weapon. (Like rangers with axes)

I don't know I find it difficult to enjoy using Javelins in general after freakin paragons.

The warrior Primeval set, or the Primeval set in general?
Because I could go without the fishmancer being resurrected.
The elementalist set was sub-par to, as was the paragon (don't get me started on paragons) and mesmer set (though I found all mesmer armor bland) but every set was damn sexy and I would love to see it again.
My dervish primarily used the Primeval set.
If they did an all or nothing thing, I'd rather have all of the primeval armors in the game than none, because I <3 the dervish and warrior sets.

I actually really liked the Cantha elite armors and esp. the Winger Raiment armor for Paragon in GWEN. Paragons were like the best dressed classes in heavy armor. Teacup hands still piss me of though. >.>
