Hi there!
We recently transferred from a really bad server to this one.

What we are looking for:

A restoration shaman.

When do we raid:

We raid Mondays and Wednesdays from 20:30 till 23:00 server time, and Saturdays and Sundays from 15:00 till 18:00 server time.

Minimum requirements:

Your minimum ilvl should be around 395 and your experience must be 8/8 normal and 1/8 on HC raid not LFR.

The Guild:

The guild is made up of a few friends who consistently try to create a fun atmosphere. As for our progress we have 5/8 HC in DS. You can also find parses of our performance in world of logs.

Raid Composition:

Our main raiders are:

Healers:Holy Paladin(Retribution OS), Restoration Druid(Balance OS), You.

Tanks:Feral Druid Tank(Balance OS).

DPS: Destruction Warlock, Survival Hunter, Combat Rogue, Fire/Arcane Mage, Arms Warrior(Tank OS), Shadow Priests(Discipline OS).
If we have more than 10 raiders expect some rotation. Mind you though even officers rotate themselves, so that it is fair for everyone.
You:

What we want from you is attendance, skill and punctuality.Be friendly,and listen to the raid leaders' remarks before, during and after the raid.We don't judge, we just try to figure out how to do things correctly.
You must come prepared as we expect you to know the fight beforehand, have perfect knowledge of your class(gemming, enchants, rotation, utility) and of course bring your own flask and food. Be sure you know what potential you can bring besides your dps etc.

Loot distribution:

It is handled internally with rolls on an item. If we judge someone else should have the item besides the highest roller it's because we favor group progress above personal one. Having a team spirit is a must.
Raiders and officers have priority over you during your trial period. Trial period duration is generally 1-3 weeks depending on your performance on all the above things we ask of you. No favoritism is allowed. We treat our people with respect and with a sense of justice.

Your behavior while with us:

While with us we expect you to be polite with each other. Bottom line is we ARE trying to have fun here. Trolling, spamming or swearing in the trade chat even if you are right is not tolerated. If you encountered a problem you can talk with the officers first or take appropriate, mature action on your own.
Extremely important rule: YOU NEVER NINJA ANYTHING. Failure to comply with that will result in an instant guild kick and notice to officers of other guilds we know.
