Maximum Chi?

Is there any information out there on how much maximum Chi Monks get? I haven't found it, so I'm assuming it's somewhere between 5 and 10 before talented.

4 is the default maximum, up to 5 if you take the talent.

It seems Chi is along the same lines as Combo Points or Holy Power - you don't save it up, you build it and use it as you go.

I imagine they made it 4(5 talented) because having it at the basic 5 like combo points would make it 6 talented, leaving you free to pull off 2 Fists of Fury in a row if you built it up.
