Only a few stores will look at the pre-purchase system though. So the 10 dollar decrease seems useless if the people don't want the three days headstart, beta invites, and the heros band item.

And as for me, this is a very difficult choice. The digital items seem nice and I would like to buy it and support ANET for creating such an awesome game. However, the thing I would truly love to get is the 10 inch collectible of Rythlock. That thing looks amazing! I am a fan of the soundtrack but I can just look at youtube for that too. And 3/5 of the digital items are of 1 time use, and its an extra $20 too. I know ANET wants to make money but damn, I didn't think they would go this far.
