Attention Aussies! RE: Google Chrome currency error

So i was using Google Chrome as my Browser and for some odd reason i have since discovered that if i go to https://buy.guildwars2.com/ using Google it shows the currency as Pounds, and down the bottom the fine print says, NCSoft Europe etc etc. O.o

So i tried Internet Explorer and it shows correct currency as USD!

So rather than pay a fortune from Pounds - AUD on April 10th - Make sure your browser is in USD.

Now i don't know if this is an Anet/Google Bug or a sole Google bug for some weird reason it thinks some Australian's (not sure if everyone as only a few others have mentioned it on GW2 Facebook) is in Europe.

EDIT : Sorry Firefox also is showing pounds.. only IE Shows USD

ETAA : Anyone know if other browsers have an issue like Opera or Safari? Feel free to add if they are.

    I get GBP in firefox.

    Hmm...

Even more interesting is that it won't change from GBP even when I hard refresh using a US proxy in private browsing mode.

I have no idea why both Google and Firefox think Australia is Europe for GW2, Other shopping sites are fine .. WEIRD

ETA: WTH Mif , now that is weird..

    Yep, USD in Internet Explorer.
And it stays in USD with a UK proxy.

    Very strange.

Wait what, so GC and FF both think we are in Europe and wont change with a U.S Proxy, yet IE Says yes default USD, even with a U.K Proxy... /confuzzled Brain explosion

ETA: Sandraudiga, perhaps Melbourne has moved to Europe then? /scratches head

It might have, but look on the bright side: Didn't have to pay for a flight. Checked my GFs com, and its showing USD with chrome as well.
