Gurthalak Voice of deeps hotfixed for retribution?
Anyone else noticed more procs lately? I have normal version and seems to proc from Judgement and Divine Storm too.
I didnt test it more than just what i have seen in Bg's and from target dummy.
Could be my imagination too ^^

It's always proc'd from Judgement and Divine Storm.

I've gotten pretty lucky with proccs lately (sometimes 3-4 tentacles at once) but i don't know if its because of a hotfix or i was just lucky.

It's called RNG. No it isn't buffed.

Not really.
Also 4 is the highest I've gotten either as Ret or Frost, though it is a ton easier to get 2-3 up as Frost while 2 is hard to get up for Ret.
