Lor'themar. He isn't a character, he's a name no one ever remembers. You can't really go on saying Sylvanas because she's a mean bitch, because she at least is a mean bitch, while Lor'themar isn't really anything. He just is.

Meanwhile, back on Azeroth, the overwhelming majority of the orcs languished in internment camps. One Orc had a dream. A dream to reunite the disparate souls trapped under the lock and key of the Alliance. So he raided the internment camps, freeing those orcs that he could, and reached out to a downtrodden tribe of trolls to aid him in rebuilding a Horde where orcs could live free of the humans who defeated them so long ago. That orc's name was... Rend.

Love how people are listing Varian, Garrosh ect. They aren't even that bad, at least they HAVE character.
I'd go with Lor'Themar, as yeah, who is he again? Ask most people on WoW and they won't know. Hes never done anything and probably never will. Hes the very definition of having no character, personality at all.They should have made the blood elf racial leader Lady Liadrin, as at least she was pretty notable in Burning Crusade. WoW could also use a few more strong women leaders.
My second choice would probably be Thrall. Really not happy with what Blizzard have done to his character in Cata. "His" story was just so boring that i wonder how Blizzard could be happy with it, the mary sue of WoW indeed. A far cry from the awesome Orc he was in WC3.We are warriors, born from the light

Thrall for me. Ruined the awesome invision of a ''bad'' faction by hugging and kissing the other one / became Goku out of nowhere and did jack shit for around 3-4 years in the game except saying (have you come to serve the horde?)

Thrall is my least favorite character because of the aforementioned reasons. I don't know much about Med'an, but from what little I've heard about him, I'd be inclined to agree. I don't like Lady Sylvanas, but that's more because of the fanbase, and their (seemingly) state of "omghot". Hey, if you're into necrophilia, be my guest. Whatever you're into... Finally, Kael really got on my nerves with his "Merely a setback!" Lame.
But overall, yeah, I agree: Thrall.

Plus she never seems to really do anything but the having arrows is like Hunter 101
