RECIPE:
MATERIALS:
- 500g oatmeal which u refine into oat flour
- 2 whole eggs (can add another egg white)
- 45g Whey Isolate (Vanilla best)
- 2 small vanilla sugar packs (this is also optional, 2 for very sweet, 1 for semi sweet cakes)
- half of a small cinammon pack (optional)
- half of a small baking soda pack
- approx. 600 ml of milk
- approx 300-400ml water
HOW-TO:
1. If u didnt buy oat flour, just refine your oats into oat flour (with that coffee blender thing)
2. Add all the materials except water into an empty bowl and start mixing with your kitchen mixer, add water to make it more fluid if needed, it needs to be semi dense.
3. Heat up your pan and add just a tiny tiny bit of oil, later on if you got a good teflon pan you might pull it off without any oil. The mixture should be for around 9-12 pancakes.
4. When done cover them to save the temperature. Add your marmelade or whatever, altho I dont, its a huge amount of calories without it even.
