I'm back in the gym for around a month now, had to take six months out to finish my thesis>_<

I just thought it'd be nice to have a thread where we can all keep each other up to date on our regimes and anything we find helps get over plateauing.

Currently benching 135 (typical 10x4:2-2-2), curling 30 kilo(not sure in lbs) and pushing towards the 3 mile run mark. I've no idea my max weight on anything, I don't like lifting heavy very often. For reference I weight 150, 5% BFR.

But how's your regime doing? Have you reached a road block or are you getting the results you want?
