An easy, recent favourite for me is:
It's one of those embarrassing but funny moments like The Office kind of stuff.
There's been loads of little funny moments in Bleach for me, like Hisagi's nosebleeds brought on by Matsumoto's "assets", and Ichigo breaking his heart by offering his opinion on his guitar playing. Most of the "Shinigami Cup" shorts are pretty lulzy, to be fair.
