Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

I'm not very expert in systems requirements and stuff...so i was wondering if my pc wil be able to run Diablo 3.
Here's the pc:
Video Card: Nvidia Geforce G100
Processor:AMD Phenom 8400 Triple-core
Ram:4 gb.
It's a 2 years old pc and i know its not a great build so before buying a game that won't run I preferred to ask :P

Check your video card on their list of unsupported cards. I played the Beta just fine but have been rejected for the regular launch. I have the AP so Diablo 3 is free for a year but not sure I will go spend $150 to play this game.

I think you would be able to run it just not very well.
