I think he is referring to thugs, OG's, homeboys, etc. Though taking a look at most of the topics in the D3 section he could have also meant bawling i.e. crying, as there is plenty of that going on too lol.

you guys are not smart and not funny.....in short ballar=baller=a very good football player, basketball player,or any sport player and is making money at a professional level or will soon do so. The term also translates to identify those people with the resources to acquire the things they want. " I see that you are ballin' and got the new collector's addition of diablo 3 today"
