Miner mission

In the fields where you first run into the goat guys I ran into a dungeon where the first merchant as you enter tristram is in a mine looking for ore and jems and promises you rewards if you help him find it. The dungeon was quite straight forward but upon finishing the quest he opens his store right there and gives you the opportunity to buy gear thats much better than the stuff you can buy in town -and- you get opportunity to buy a rare yellow item from him.

I dont know if anyone else ran into this yet (or even if it is normal) but dont complete it unless you have the money to spend on it. Once you leave you dont get another opportunity.
