Is JWC still profitable atm ?

For me it still is, but:
I have a personal farmer who sells me Elementium Ore stacks for 40-50g/ea, even though the AH price can be 90g/ea at that moment.
But if I buy about 250 stacks for 40g/ea (10k total) I normaly earn about 30k, this depends on server prices.

My server have pretty much the same prices and about same 300% profit if i count disenchanting crafted JC greens in.

Still profitable if you can get suff cheaply enough (lets not kid ourselves the ore is botted) and then you can sell it.

I recently leveled up JC / Enchanting to start shuffling. I'm currently paying 10-20g for elementium ore for a total invest of 2k and I'm bringing in returns of around 6-7k. I try to diversify to push out as much as possible. I've started selling pvp rings which sell for 300-400g each with only a 100g in mats.
