    What is the worst combination of affixes you've encountered on a monster?

    So far, the worst I've encountered is Frozen + Arcane Enchanted on Nightmare. Deep frozen by the frost bombs and then melted by the purple lasers.

    Molten, Vortex and Arcane Enhanced suck ass. Especially on those swirly big things in Act 2.

    If you're talking about those Dune Dervishes, I just met a set of 3 with Vortex and it didn't end well.
