diablo progress tracking?

are there any ways to track d3 world-wide progress?
and when's http://www.diabloprogress.com/ launching?

It will launch when blizzard provides api for diablo heros, but diablo is sort of single player game 99.9% wont care about what others are doing; like who finished skyrim first?

doesn't matter yeah, just for fun, to see what's highest dps in the world for example, or who has the most hp/whatever

At least for hardcore ladder there should be something implemented in game to check where are you at leveling path.
