"My Neighbour Totoro" - Seriously, I cannot watch that movie without having my inner child take utter and complete control, leading to a brain implosion due to sheer awesomeness-overload.

I love that movie, and I love bunnies too so there you go.

Anyways, my favourite movie is Gran Torino. Followed closely by Terminator 2.

    The Dark Knight
    Blazing Saddles

I know, I know, two very disparate choices, but one of them is such an awesome drama and the other is retardedly hilarious. I literally can't say which one I enjoy more.

The Thing (1982) and Sunshine. They're my favourite movies.

I've thought a lot about what movie I would call my favorite of all time.

And personally, I have never left a movie theater feeling the way I did after I saw Drive.

It was like I snorted the finest cocaine and had sex with the hottest supermodel at the same time. It was a total buzz. The best movie experience of my life.

I couldn't get it out of my head for weeks. The style, the music, the story, the striking violence; I was entranced.

So at this moment in time, I would have to go with Drive. There are some honorable mentions though.

Personaly found Avengers to be a pretty poor film.
But even if people enjoyed it. i see nothing outstanding enough to call it a favorite movie.

Personal favorites have been between Matrix, V for Vendetta, and Dark Knight.

never had a more in-depth, epic feeling with a movie than when watched raiders of the lost ark, indiana jones. Still one of the movie-experiences that completely stands out to me. Watched it home, sick, in my parents bed...! Remember it vividly to this day!

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 & 2. Felt it did a better job at the story than the book did, and made Voldemort seem truly more horrifying than the book could.

Inception, Dark Knight, Titanic are all honorable mentions.

The entire Lord of the rings trilogy.

No movie has yet to beat the standards set by this and I have yet to see a team put in as much dedication and hard work into a movie as the cast & crew of Lotr and weta studios did.

The Lion King has been my favourite since I saw it in the cinema in 1994 and it is still my favourite. I have lost the count on how many times I've seen it but I never get tired of it. It's just so well done! Beatiful art, design and animation, a good story and great music, and I also enjoy it because it has no human characters but it still portrays human emotions so well.

The musical is also really good!

Well the best movie would have to be something I could watch continuously in it's entirety and never get bored.

Three movies come to mind; Dr. Strangelove, Seven Samurai and Blade Runner.
