Resto shaman, need some analysis (logs included)

So basically our hc progression is coming along nicely but just wanted to make sure im doing everything i can. I'm 570 ilvl but unfortunately our armory has been down for months, probably about 40% hc bis rest normal/wf but i hope this print screen of ask mr robot and tonight's logs can help. Any advise/criticism would be muchly appreciated.

Also a friend and i have been discussing the resto 4p bonus and from things i have read its not worth picking it up but he reckons it is. if anyone could point out which is the more correct answer and why would be great
