    Trying to Renew account. getting error message. what do i do?

    ive tried about 5 or six times to renew my account with the correct credit card information....each time failing. what do i do?

    Have you subscribed with credit card before?
    Because I also get error when trying to attach my credit card to my swtor acc (which is the same I pay WoW with), so I am forced to buy Game Time Cards.

    Contact BioWare, either through e-mail or phone. Phone will be your best option.
