    Environement gold nerf and Whimsyshire

    Hello guys,
    I was wondering if the nerf that's being applied to pots gold/rare drops also applies to the gifts, and more importantly to the clouds of Whimsyshire, seeing as I'm a couple thousands away from gettings the Hellish Herding staff, with the sole purpose of using it to farm golds.
