Funny enough. For the Colisseum I use Terra equiped with Illumina, Aegis Shield, Circlet and Force Armor giving her a 127% chance to block magic abd since even the downloable version of the PSX of the game for PSP and PS3 is not patched against the Evade Glitch, she becomes un-friggin-touchable against anything that is not a Throw skill or a Lore.

Haha! Finally found the Holy Dragon a second time in te Veldt. First time it appeared, Gau had leapes already and wasnt in party but returne when I finished te figtht... Only to be scared away by Mog witha Wind Slash done by his dancing xD

Anyone know what this effect is called? Basically every audio channel fades out one by one, and in most, if not all cases it sounds quite awesome.
