Washington State is a great place to live. On the west side, you have lots of big cities, beautiful scenery, modern conveniences, rain, fairly warm weather (in the middle of summer), and it's close to ocean. From the middle to the east side, it's really dry, gets tons of snow in the winter, really hot in the summer, lots of area for hunting, fishing, hiking, off roading, rafting, as well as the cites being much smaller and farther apart. Washington is nice because it has a bit of everything.

We also have Microsoft, Bungie studios, and Nintendo
Seems cool!!! I wouldn't mind trying to be honest, but the problem is meeting people.

Storms? I have always wondered how the storms in there are.

We rarely have any storms or anything like that in Portugal.

Yeah, as long as you get the appropriate equipment for the lightning storms they aren't that bad.

A thing I also like about the US, is the houses, they are so different from the ones we have here.

Specially because ours are made of stone and cement and yours are made of wood and that.

Stone and cement must be a real pain to take care of. The city of Boston on the east coast of murrika has a lot of brick buildings which I though looked kinda nice.

The maintenance, assuming its similar to the houses in sweden, is close to non existent.

    That must be nice!

Maintenance for wood houses on any coast in murrika can be kinda bad. The wet weather causes a lot of moss growth and rotting of wood. Just about anywhere else the maintenance is almost non existent.

Maintenance here, on public spaces, exists, and it's not bad, usually everything is clean.

In the houses, it's clean too, but when my mom cleans the house, it has the main floor a second floor and a floor bellow, the basement, and she takes like 5 hours to clean everything really well.

She cleans the house like once every 3 weeks? She used to do it once a week but she's 45 years old and can't take it anymore.

But we don't have many problems with hour houses, the only problems would only be like humidity and problems with the tubes being broke(very rare) or having a lot of calcium and needing to be cleaned, that's pretty much it.

It doesn't sound bad, but it's pretty hard to clean up the house, some times I help, and it's really hard. :X

That's why a lot of people on Portugal have other people who they hire and help them clean, well not help the house's owner clean, the person they hired cleans alone of course.
