    Yeah it's best to try and sleep after taking it. People have been known to sleep walk and do all sorts of things.

    I've been on it for a few years now (it counters the effects of another drug I have to take), so I don't get any funny things happening to me.

    My friend and some of his army buddies have taken it to help them sleep and they have all sleep walked after taking it. One guy actually went outside and played with rocks after taking it.

    I remember taking it back in high school to help with my sleeping problems and waking up one morning with my bed perfectly made but everything was facing the opposite direction including me.
