    Baseline resilience buffed to 50%



    So the latest build just bumped the baseline resilience from 30% up to 50%.

    I support this, as long as it doesnt completely rule out classes with low cc in rated/arena

    50% base only supports sustain PvP damage.
    Sorry but burst classes wont be doing a 5 second kill and 3s will be more balanced.

    My concern is this:
    Healing OP?
    This is what I don't like is damage is cut by 50% but heals isn't being adjusted. Heals are made to keep someone alive vs a PvE boss with 500 million health. So will heals be reduced by 20% with this or will heals eventually be reduced by resilience like they had to do in WotLK?

    The problem with this at the PTR is that my hpally has like 92% resilience and can only die if WoW crashes. The battles of AB I had played today all had like 20-25 HKs per side altogether.

    I'm assuming your Holy Pally is running with season 10 Ruthless gear (S10 ruthless gear is inadvertently item level 384, even though PvP gear's item level was supposed to be reduced by a tier [13 item levels] across the board) which is bugged and giving too much resilience.

    Everything in the PTR is currently geared/statted towards level 90. EVERYONE'S stats are skewed .

    i guess you dont realize that twinks do about 2-3x more damage on beta than they do on live and that probably wont change.

    im sitting at 72% resilience with 0 gems/enchants at 90 with 15% pvp power

    but im not sure if people realize how much damage classes are doing at 90 lol, well before the 50% change anyways

    Well, hopefully this makes questing a bit more tolerable on a PvP server.

    healing nerfs are always retarded, because it nerfs the healers but also nerfs everyone elses off-heals so your own personal survival is trashed because healers are OP.

    as elemental i rely on healing surge, any bg healing nerf is hilariously overpowered nerf towards me because i cant go completely immune to damage like half the classes so while they dont get nerfed i do.

    no doubt blizzard will nerf all heals to fuck over hybrid classes anyway just keep letting mages dominate its cool blizz.

    This doesn't change anything with the PvE gear. People are still gonna want to have PvP Power from PvP gear. (with the exception of weapons currently, which don't have any PvP Power on them for some reason)

    Blizzard is still tweaking stuff, there is no way that it will stay at 50%.

    and what ever op trinkets pop up, even if cunning had zero int on it, it would still be bis by a mile for casters

    I have a lvl 10 discpriest with 65% damage reduction from resilience alone that is literally unkillable on live atm, I can go 1v10 and survive without to many problems in wsg.
    Now add this 50% passive damagereduction and ask yourself, how stupidly overpowered a twink with resilience will be.
