Keep Calm is a 10 man guild on Sylvanas with multiple aspects to its community. It is a friendly and social environment and in keeping with this atmosphere we ask that should you be successfull in joining us that you respect this. We like to mix progression with fun to get the best out of both worlds and ensure that our members feel welcome and enjoy their time with us.
Following the release of diablo III we took a long break from raiding and with the release of MoP on the horizon, we are looking to recruit a few spots in preperation for the upcomming new raids. Because of the diversity in our gaming community, we have decided to employ both a casual and hardcore aspect to our guild so that people have a choice on the style of raiding they may prefer.
As such, we are now open to the following classes wishing to apply to the guild.
Druid - DPS MS / Resto OS
Warlock
Shaman - Enhancement / OS elemental
Please note that even though we are looking to broaden our raiding base, it is still possible you may be sidelined if we feel bringing another class is more beneficial. To this end, if being sidelined is likely to cause drama then simply put, we don't want you . However, if you're not offput by this and want to be part of a fantastic raiding environment then please see the following details below to make sure we fit in with your expectations.
If you are looking to raid with the more hardcore elements of the guild the raiding times are as follows
Trials for this team will be given a week to prove they are capable both skill and attitude wise. You will be expected to have 100% attendence, although we do recognise irl takes priority and we are willing to be lenient depending on the circumstances.
Loot will be distributed by council to ensure a fair and balanced approach to distributing loot. We will listen to input from players, but the deciding vote will be done by the RL and 1+ Officers.
