    A cast sequence macro may work, something along the lines of;

    #showtooltip Wild Mushroom
    /castsequence Wild Mushroom,Wild Mushroom,Wild Mushroom,Wild Mushroom: Bloom

    However, this doesn't offer much granularity in terms of control - hitting your keybind for a fourth time will detonate regardless of Wild Mushroom positioning relative to your target. Personally, I would recommend using two keybinds - one to place the Mushrooms (and thereby move them if needed) and a second to bloom.

    yep that's exactly what I want to do to have 2 keybinds. Thanks!

    #showtooltip
    /cast [modifier:ctrl] Wild Mushroom: Bloom; [nomodifier:] Wild Mushroom;

    That's what I am using anyway, with no modifier I place them. When I press the modifier it will cause them to bloom.
    Just taking up 1 action bar slot, which is nice.
