I've been wondering recently after watching a few vids if there are any decent Highlander pub servers or any server which has been known to have a good gathering of people who actually interact with one and other and play like a team (Avoiding teams with 5+ Snipers).

Also I was also thinking maybe people on MMO-Champ could have a game together and battle it out as I know a few people play TF2 on these forums.
