I posted this a few days ago, I don't even know what happened to it. My posts in it are completely erased and ... I dont' know, so I'm making a new one. I have two pc I game on, a desktop and a laptop. Laptop obviously for when I'm traveling. We just moved and I'm not going to have my office set up for at least two months. My wife and I flip houses and, yeah, my office is close to last on our priority list. Anyways, My question is, can my laptop run the game well enough and it so, at what settings? I want my first impressions of the game to be the best they can be and I'm willing to wait the two month till my desktop is set up if I have too.

Laptop specs:
Win7 64bit
I7-2670QM 2.2GHz
8 gigs 1333 DDR3
Nvidia 550m 2gb

Desktop:
Win7 64bit
I7-860 2.8GHz
8 gigs 1333
AMD 7770 1gb OC'd

How much on the graphical beauty will I miss out on using my laptop? Example, I will not play Skyrim on my laptop because i can only run it on Med/High settings getting 30-50 fps. On my Desktop I can just click ultra and run 50+fps steady. I just don't want my first impressions to be lackluster.

**tl;dr**
How much better would my desktop run GW2 over my laptop?
