Final MoP Progression:
8/8 Heroic DS - ~90min farm clears
7/7 Heroic FL

We are interested in any quality raider who has a great personality and reliable attendance. That said we have some spots with immediate need.

These are for core progression raiding spots, we do not recruit for backup.

Raid Times:
Wednesday : 6-9pm PST
Thursday : 6-9pm PST
Sunday : 6-9pm PST

In game calendar is used for guild invites. Please prepare to be online and ready for invites 10 minutes prior to start time.

We only raid 3 nights a week, so when it is raid time we expect 100% focus on getting the job done. We've been able to keep up progression by staying true to this schedule.

Attendance Requirements:
All raiders are expected to maintain 90% raid attendance. Trials must be at 100% or close to it during their trial period. We understand that sometimes real life creeps up and we have many ways for you to let us know you will not be able to make a given raid. (Forums, twitter, dedicated #'s to txt, etc..)

Voice Communications:
We run our own Mumble server which allows up to 100 concurrent users. This is open use for the guild, and members are welcome to use it for Pugs, Rated BGs, playing other games, or chatting with their friends.

EP/GP:
We use EP/GP to distribute loot. We've found this to be a very fair system for both long time members and new recruits. With a 35% weekly decay it doesn't take long for new people to be on part with existing raiders. The system also completely resets every content patch / pack. We employ the use of in game add-ons so there is always transparency in where you stand.

Non Raid Activities:
Each season we also have a rated BG team that gets together one night a week (6-9pm PST). If you are also interested in rated BG's let us know and we can put you in contact with our PvP Team Leader.

From time to time we also do guild events. Scavenger Hunts, Naked Dwarf Races, 15man Arena Free For Alls, War games, etc. While not required, they do tend to be a good way to hang out with your fellow guildies and earn some prizes.

Zero Drama Policy:
We're all adults here, and we expect people who raid with us to be adults. We have a good time and joke around when applicable, however, we have a zero tolerance policy regarding drama or extreme immaturity.

About Stormscale:
Stormscale is a PVP server with a PST timezone. The horde to alliance ratio is pretty balanced (about 60% horde). If world PvP bothers you this server might not be a good fit.
