how do I change key configuration in touhou: subterranean animism? For some reason the shoot button is Z and not Y(I have a qwertz keyboard, z and y are swapped) like in all other touhous
stretching my hand is difficult

Did you set the standard language to something other than English? If I set mine to Romanian z and y switch places as well, so you could try tinkering with that a little bit.
