Problem is that I can't say whether it's extremely slow or not. I've been caught up with college, and don't get home until the late evenings. I think it has taken about 5-6 hours to get to this stage though.

I only did dungeons from 85-86 on my shaman. Took about 13 runs I believe.
I've only done each dungeon once on my death knight to complete the quests. Don't feel like repeating them over again.

They aren't worth it. The experience yield is much better from quests.

Depends what you're doing really.
I honestly couldn't be bothered to set up an off spec for my shaman, so I just spam queued as resto. It was also good practice, since I was trying to get back into the gist of things.

Same for my death knight. I'm too lazy to set up an off spec, so I'm questing as blood, which is probably going better than if I had gone frost.
