Kept a tally, out of pure curiosity. Unfortunately, count is skewed because they can't keep an active count when hours pass by in seconds in a story environment.

Gargantuan Venom Drink Count:
Brairthorn - 69
Blackburn - 68
Applejack - 40
Tick Tock - 38-39
Rainbow Dash - Somewhere after 1, but before 38.

Weakest Drinks (varying types and and strengths)
Rarity - Wine only, no booze...EVER
Pinkie Pie - Refuses booze, prefers wine. Social drinker, not party drinker. Enjoys watching everyone else get drunk, wants to be able to remember it afterwards.

Fluttershy - 3-4 cups of the weakest drinks in the bar.

Twilight - Sloshing words on her first cup of the weak stuff. "Dear Prinshes Sheleshtia, drinking ish fun!"

Flathoof - No alcohol of any kind...EVER.
