Minotaurs have basically been the same overall throughout their history and they only have 31 cards so far, which is less then one per set. For the most part all they are is the Hill Giant that just fills the last few slots of a set to make some sort of limited fodder. There are a few exceptions of them being a little more, but those are usually special occasions like Zedruu or Etherium Horn Sorcerer, but they haven't found their niche. Then again, when it comes to red races, if you are not a goblin you don't have a place in red. Orcs, dwarves, giants, and minotaurs have the same problems. Dragons are the big red creature, unless hydras start showing back up in red again, and the middle creatures are usually left to random one shots or beasts.
Red definitely needs a reworking soon.
