I wouldn't go overboard, but without looking into specifics I always wanted to try a tri-monitor setup, the CPU+GPU power to pull off gaming with them, and one of those PCI-E SSD's for extreme loading times. SSD's for things I use, regular mega-sized HDD's for storage. Would be nice if it got some juice via solar panels, and/or a windmill. One of those mineral aquariums too. Neon lights, a projector to a 300" sized cloth for movies etc, a disco ball when listening to music. I want that turning that computer on would be such an experience that people pay me for it instead of going to vacation.
As I said, don't want to go overboard.
Price: $600 or something?
Three Sony Trimaster OLED medical screens.

A 1500 Watt Fully modular PSU.
Sleeved cables that are good to work with.

Since you decided to talk big and hawty in an otherwise silly fun little thread, I'll just go ahead and say....
You're funny.
Anyone can stick in the Fusion-io 5.12TB PCIe SSD... but it takes a certain level of "talks big but knows little to nothing" to do the following:
Choose an i7-3770K instead of just getting an i7-3960X/3970X (when it gets launched, if ever).
Choose the NH-D14, when there are plenty of more superb options out there, like water-cooling. Remember, this is ALL paid for. Unless you seriously want air-cooling..............
Z77 board of course goes along with that, but wtf, Z77 chipset doesn't need a little screamer fan. Enjoy the noise.
G. Skill Trident RAM doesn't stand up to Corsair Dominator Platinum or the like. Especially with them pushing out 3GHz RAM, soon.
While I personally actually own a Crucial m4 SSD, I'm really not so sure they are appropriate for data/storage, but /shrug.
7970 3GB edition? Why not get a GHz 6GB edition? Why not a PowerColor Devil 13 7990? Why not a 690?
Cooler Master Cosmos 2 was poorly engineered, many owners of it have given up on it/reviewers have pointed out its poor support for radiators.
Good thing this wasn't an actual build, you'd get yelled at for buying a Blu-Ray drive.
At least you chose Dell IPS displays.... But only 3? Come now, the 7970 supports 6!
You get one of the best keyboards ever built, yet you get a Death Adder? While it is perhaps the only good electronic product Razer makes, there are far more ergonomic/good/amazing/quality mice out on the market that aren't 100% cheap plastic, essentially.
3960 isnt launched, therefore not an option
NH-D14 is a great cooler that is QUIET. Where you get that it is a screamer fan, I have no clue. The noise is why I also picked the seasonic X series PSU.
Yay for more "soon".
m4 SSD isnt for large amounts of data/storage. It is a quality SSD that is pretty quick. I was going to do 4x OCZ vertex 3's or something similar, but when you put those in a raid then you are begging for failure.
I didnt see any 7990's available on their list (and as a result, completely forgot about them). EDIT: Come to think of it, can you even triple crossfire these AND still have a usable PCIE slot for the fusion io?
There is nothing wrong with a blu-ray drive, it is rarely going to see use for anything except media.
I could choose more than 3 I suppose, I just think that 6 would be uncomfortable as it adds a dimension upwards. I wouldnt be able to use that space
I currently own both the daskeyboard and deathadder. I am used to the deathadder (mine is a left handed version).

I wouldn't build a computer. I'll buy of them NASA super computers and watch porn on 50 monitors.
something with 3 of these? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227773 :P
other parts just mobo to support it ofc 4 gtx g690 and prolly phase changer/liquid nitrogen cooling. (no limit is no limit xD)
i7-3960X not launched? Bull: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819116491
I didn't say the NH-D14 was a screamer, if you reread, I said specifically the fan ON THE MOTHERBOARD, the eVGA Z77 FTW, is a screamer, the teeny tiny fan.
There is already plenty of Corsair Dominator Platinum on the market: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...atinum&x=0&y=0
Including this very fancy 2800MHz kit! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820233364
You are begging for failure buying any SSD that is SandForce 2281 driver based.
7990s, like 690s, can only be paired up, because that's technically quadfire/quadSLI.
If you're left-handed, then I'll give that to you, Razer is one of the very very few companies that caters to left-handed gamers, which is a shame.
Well, I cant really explain why it wasnt on the partlist. I havent really paid much attention to the $1k processors to be honest.
I did misread, but have heard nothing about the onboard fan being loud.I didn't say the NH-D14 was a screamer, if you reread, I said specifically the fan ON THE MOTHERBOARD, the eVGA Z77 FTW, is a screamer, the teeny tiny fan.
You were specifically referring to 3000 though. Personally, I would rather have 32GB of memory over 16... purely because I hate restarting my computer. There is already plenty of Corsair Dominator Platinum on the market: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...atinum&x=0&y=0

Speed on SandForce 2281 is nice though. And I was speaking in regards to OCZ generally having several times higher failure rate than the crucials. You are begging for failure buying any SSD that is SandForce 2281 driver based.
Thats a ding against it then. Less thermal room to OC too. Only reason I got triple crossfire is for the fusion io as I dont know if the mobo will have enough room for that card with quad xfire.7990s, like 690s, can only be paired up, because that's technically quadfire/quadSLI.
I am indeed left handed. If you're left-handed, then I'll give that to you, Razer is one of the very very few companies that caters to left-handed gamers, which is a shame.
Simply put; the best money can buy.
I don't know what that may be, so I'll leave it to your imaginations.
Knowing the way things are going, 8GB DIMMs that are 2800+ are sure to show up anytime. Hell, DDR4 will be out in a few years. What is it you do that you need 32GB, anyways? Also: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820233347 Buy two sets, there ya go. Frankly, if one got an 8-slot X79 board, they could go 32GB across all slots, or up to 64GB if they really wanted to have fun.
Speed on SandForce 2281 is something they do not actually have above most any other SSD, plus their reliability is shit, after the 2011 fiasco, and OCZ dealt with it piss-poorly.
Less thermal room? This isn't a 5970 or 6990/590/480 we're talking about here. These are much cooler chips. They have pretty damn good thermal headroom. As I understand it, the Devil 13 7990 OCs like a champ. Plus, to quadFire/SLI a 690/7990, is again, only two total cards....
There's room.
