About us:
The Retaliation was reformed during late Cataclysm and we quickly progressed through Dragon Soul getting 8/8HC.

In the Retaliation everyone is treated the same, from the Guild Council to the newest recruit, everyone is needed to help the guild achieve the objectives. We believe in honor and integrity. Everyone has to conduct themselves in a respectful manner to guild members and to outsiders.

Quality over Quantity is our philosophy when it comes to raiders and you are expected to put 100% effort in every raid to ensure progression continues.

What we offer:
A stable guild clearing all content.
An opportunity to regularly participate in organized 10 man raids. We only raid 10M.
We raid 3 days a week and never extend our raid times.

Monday 19:00 - 23:00
Tuesday 19:00 - 23:00
Wednesday 19:00 - 23:00

Although we only raid 3 nights we expect our raiders to be progression focused.
A friendly and positive guild environment.
An active guild.
We use loot as a tool for progression, therefore loot is distributed by the Guild Council.

We are looking for strong players in any of the following roles:

Boomkin (medium)
Elemental Shaman (high)
Resto Shaman (medium)
Monk healer (high)
Rogue (low)

Although we are always on the lookout exceptional raiders in other roles. Previous HC experience is preferable but not essential if you can prove you are skilled and willing to put the time in and know your class in-side and out.
