BoP had a update just bug fixes so no biggy or config update mate
You shouldn't go to too much trouble for the configs dude. I don't think that many people have issues with the download, just a few. Whenever the Alternative link is done then that's fine. No need to rush it.

Mod looks cool. I'll be maybe adding more over the next few days. Going to take a break and record some stuff first though.

I'll be doing another round of updates later maybe. I need to do the UE list since I haven't done it in a week.

Yep. NPE error. That's something Calclavia will have to fix. Make sure you check the ICBM page for updates. i haven't updated the UE stuff in about a week.

I have yet to have any luck with it. Doesn't ever seem to wanna work for me. Haven't tested this latest release yet however. I'll probably be doing that in a few days when the next config update needs to be done.

If you need a place to report your error. http://forum.calclavia.com/index.php?forums/icbm.17/

Not sure how often Calclavia checks it but I would put it there and maybe tweet him.

Hey guys, been a while since I posted but figured I'd drop in just to give some good and possibly bad news. First, is that Thermal expansion is being update. There isn't any info as to when this update will drop but it is in the works. The next tidbit is that KingLemming is retiring from Minecraft modding after this update. It was something he decided months ago. He will be making Thermal Expansion opensource.

    Source: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/...#entry23981135

Honestly, since it's going opensource, I'd like to see it integrated into Buildcraft. Even though I'm really not a fan of CoverJaguar due to things I'd rather not get into in this thread, he is doing a good job with updating Buildcraft. And I think it would really go a long ways to make Buildcraft feel "complete".

Fuzzzie, in response to your recent tweet, I guess the first question regarding your new LP is what version are you going to be using? I seem to remember you saying you might do it on 1.5.2.

Yep. 1.5.2 seems the best way to go. 1.6 is still pretty fucked imo. Join the discussion here: http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/1334074-Season-4

Posted some thoughts on your link. Actually, I think 1.6.2 is worse that fu--ed. It is a giant mess. It runs and I am playing on it, but without some really important mods like TE it has a really big hole in it. And IC2 is a mess, at least for me trying to connect things like BC pipes to some of the items. Anyway, I am beginning to think that 1.5.2 might be the last build for some time with most of the popular mods working together.

Yeah, your guy's experiences have really brought me to this place. 1.5.2 will probably be the last "golden age" of modding. I think going forward we're going to see a lot of mod authors quitting and a lot of mod authors trying to ape their predecessors success. The old names of modding are going to become scarce, that's my call.

ic2 exp works fine mate as i have all ready said TE will be out at some point as will thaumbcraft now thats what im looking forward to.

also i will say this i think 1.7 will be the good age modding, At the mo its just people being a bit burnt out from all the speedy major updates, Over the next few weeks this will be sorted out or torch will be passed on (its happened before) . As for TE if he makes it open source it will be updated very quickly this version of minecraft from last is not a hard update its just time consuming as you need to re-link and re-split stuff for resource pack

@astoris yeah we know they have been for a while But there not on the list and Aether is a TC not really a mod

    - - - Updated - - -

as for it being fu**ed in what are you guys talking about the only issue i have is i miss TE and TC other wise 1.6.2 is great for me im guessing its some mods you guys are using on list i dont or your just missing the point of the game anyway lol

Sort of surprised you are having such good luck with the experimental IC2 version since many mods have not updated to the new API for that version (Railcraft just did it today). But maybe you just have the magic touch.

Not sure I particularly care for your comment that I am missing the point of the game. If you mean do I like having to unload all of my mods and add them one at a time trying to figure out which mods are conflicting then you are probably right. By the way, since you seem to know what the point of the game is, maybe you could tell me what the point of a sandbox game is.

But I will just say that we can agree to disagree. Or as you say, lol.

Buildcraft all ready uses it too as for my comment it was a question I genuinely wanted to know what mods your running that is different and causes issues that I don't use. Ones I don't use are mps extra bioms any ue mod rest I have I believe, from simple test I done on test machine things behave the way they should. Also there was no aggrestion or insult intended or ment in my post. Also I don't see at any point I singled u out or directed and thing towards you apart from the whole asking a question bit but that was aimed at everyone not just you.
