Hello everyone! I am looking to complete herald of the titans and my shaman has to be the closest to 80 without going over, so my question for you guys is what is the best in slot for a level 80 ele sham? I'm not opposed to enchace but from what i've seen in dungeons ele is doing pretty well, but that is at max levels, and could differ greatly at lower levels. A little insight from you guys would be much appreciated, thank you!
