Affliction questions.

1. For example, boss has less than 20% hp, lets say you have 0 shards and less than 10 seconds left on corruption and unstable affliction but 20 seconds on agony. You drain soul and gain 2 shards back. Do you soulburn soulswap, or recast corruption and unstable affliction and save the shards for haunt?

2. Should you always let drain soul tick 2/4/6 times to get a shard?

3. Is it a dps loss to clip drain soul on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th tick since you dont get a shard?

You should be able to both use SB:SS to refresh the DOTs and keep Haunt up during the execute phase.

Since Pandemic gives a nice window for refreshing dots, I would say it's worth it to let it tick for the shards, but remember shards come in thick and fast so you're unlikely to 'need' that particular shard as you should have an excess anyway.
