to the uninitiated - "10" or more accurately "00000010" is binary for 2.
yeah... but why "more accurately 00000010"? this is just 8 bit encoding and has nothing to do with accuracy. You also don't say 25 is less accurate than 000025, do you?
(but I get it, 8 bit is most commonly used and so on).
