    Read and research.
Start with these forums, then goole gold making alchemy mop or making gold herbalism mop there are thousands of pages of free good advice available.

Start with herbalism it is quite easy, view herbs as free money lying on the ground. The more herbs you pick, then the more you have to sell. Be the cheapest and you will sell or maximise your opportunity to sell. Collect your money rinse and repeat.

Alternative use the herbs for making stuff with your profesion. Sell what people want, so look at your ah at what fetches a good price. Alchemy focuses on three specialisms. Transmutes, use the living steel cd every day, also transmute primal diamonds, but uts better if you have a jc.
Flask specialism make flasks for raiders, benefit from the 20% proc, sell on ah for cheapest. More you sell, then the more gold you make.

Making money isnt hard, but it often requires you to put time in getting the materials to sell and then using the ah to ensyre you are the most attractive seller in terms of price. That's it.

Are you prepared to put in the time to make gold?

Remember you're dealing with people not machines, there's no blueprint to earn money endlessly because of the supply and demand model. Playing the AH effectively is very dependent on your own observation and understanding of your realm economy. It's a skill that takes effort and thought, it's not just something you can ask on a forum how to do and sit back to watch the gold roll in.

In your own case check what herbs and flasks/potions/transmutes are in demand, how you can get a hold of those relative to effort required and what's the most profitable to target. Try to understand the connection between items, the link between ore and gems, vegetables and fish, herbs and flasks etc. Try to anticipate demand as well, for example enchants and gems tend to sell better on the first day of a reset since more people are getting gear then. Darkmoon items will sell better when the faire is on, they might be worth buying to resell at lower prices when it's not. That kind of thing, the ones the major money comes from is the anticipation and the connections that aren't common knowledge.
