Hello this might be in the wrong thread if so please move it.
On the 30th October the normal version of the Heart of Fear raid is going to be released, i'm curious if the class changes are going to be released aswell? or is that something that will be released when the HC part is coming out.

Class changes are part of 5.1, Heart of Fear is out before 5.1. So no, no changes other than hotfixes and minor updates that are rolled out in small patches.
