Buzzing sound from mic need help know the issue

K so im havin some buzzing problem with my microphone, it is because my Electric charge is not grounded so there is a eletric disturbance.

now if i actaully pull the power cord plug, there is no buzzing but i cant record with fraps and all that without power charging.

Any suggestions?
