    Stats for arms pvp

    what stats should i be reforging to. right now with my pvp gear i have about 35% mastery. i havnt touched the gear yet or gemmed it so that is what its at now. is a hit cap needed in pvp?

    i never got much in to pvp but trying to start thanks for the help

    Hit and exp to 3% after that i tend to reforge in to crit.
    Geming mostly pvp power/pvp resi and pure pvp power or str/pvp power.
