Looking for a fresh start!

Hello everybody. I'll start off by saying that I have used the search functions,but everything is outdated in regards to what I am searching for.
So here it goes: I want to start a new character on Alliance ( worgen, because I love em )but I am having a hard time deciding which server to pick from Sylvanas, Outland, Ravencrest, (EU).
Can anyone suggest me any server in which the population is at least balanced, or more in favor to the alliance.
