WoW stuck on "Success!" when logging in

Yeah so I thought I'd play WoW because I've been inactive in the past few weeks but It sticks on Success! and doesn't budge, I left it for about half an hour just to see if it needed time but didn't work, If I cancel it goes to "Receiving server list".

I've updated drivers and reset router.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, or has an easy fix I've been skimming the WoW forums and they're terrible.

Pretty sure it's because of the servers being down/in the process of being brought back up.

Also be sure that "use ipv6 when available is not checked under your network wow options". Restart the client and try again.

If not try again later.
