shield block and block

hey,

for example my protection warrior got %20 base block chance and %30 critical block chance
i hit shield block and my block chance goes to %100.

what happens to %20 base chance? does it add to critical block chance?

i mean when shield block buff is up, do i have %100 block and %50 critical block (%30+%20 from base block bonus)
or
%100 block and %30 critical block chance

?

It doesn't do anything. Only mastery affects critical block.
