    Razer Naga Tracking Troubles

I've had this Razer Naga for about a year now, and have used it on a now year old Razer Destructor mouse pad (it's black, and hard plastic w/ the tracking surface spray) and it's hitting invisible walls, even when I clean the mouse pad and mouse's laser regularly. I've read that a black tracking surface isn't the best for the Razer mouse lasers, and I've tried using a 8.5x11" piece of paper on top of my mouse pad, and it tracked perfectly well.

So, is it the mouse pad, or the mouse?

The same thing happens to me when playing League of Legends apparently; I'm guessing it's the mouse, because I don't have a mouse pad.

Have you tried using a mouse pad?

I'm using black with my Naga so perhaps some are just more sensitive to the issue than others, if like you say, adding a piece of paper completely fixes the problem then even if the issue is with the mouse, changing pad would still solve it.

I think I'm going to switch mouse pads, and if the problem persists, I'll return the mouse pad and get a new mouse, probably not from Razer.

Clean the lazer as directed by razer

I have had the same with my naga but a quick clean with a qtip fixed the problem

As for pads I have tested about 3 mats from razer the goliathus being the shitter ....I found the Sphex works brilliant.
