Well i have done it allready, and some get angry, some laugh and some actally start feeling better.
And yea, if people start thinking positive they will feel better.
Maybe not the same second but eventually they will.
Do a test:
Stand up
Have your feet closer then shoulder widh and toes pointing slightly in towards eachother
pull your shoulders up towards your ears, hard
make a
sad face as much as you can
hold your breath
and think "i hate everything and i hate myself"
How do you feel?
Now:
Stand up
feet at shoulder widh
raise your arms up towards the kjy and like your trying to give the heavens a hug
make the biggest
smile you can
take a death relaxed breath
and think "i love life"
How do you feel?
im 100% sure if you are honest you will feel bad the first way and better the second way.
Its all in your head.
